The student SLA chapter is planning a tour of the Detroit Free Press/News libraries on Monday, November 20. We have confirmation from the Free Press, but we are waiting on the News. We are meeting on campus in the student lounge around 6 p.m. to carpool and get there at 6:30 p.m. Please let SLA President Megen Rehahn or Secretary Karly Szczepkowski know if you plan on coming by Saturday, November 18, so we know to wait for you. You can reach Megen at megen.rehahn@gmail.com and Karly at karly@wayne.edu. If you want to drive there yourself, the address is 600 W. Fort St. Detroit, MI, but please RSVP anyway so we can meet up with you!
