Take the fear out of getting printed

March 25, 2009, 4:00-5: 30

Student Lounge, 3rd Floor, Kresge

WSU Student Chapter of Special Libraries Association invites all students and alumni to a session with Dr. Robert Holley, Professor, School of Library and Information Science, WSU, on the ins and outs of getting published:

Selecting the right journals

The submission process

Tips for content and writing styles

Organization and structure of the article

Dr. Holley has published over 70 articles himself, and is a peer reviewer for several journals. He believes students have a better chance to publish than they realize. This is an opportunity to get informed, to ask your questions, and remove the fear of sending your article off for review!
